Welcome to Video Compressor & Converter. By using our app, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please read them carefully before installing or using the App — if you do not agree, please delete the App.

1. Privacy

We value your privacy, and your personal information is important to us. For details about how we collect, use and disclose information when you use the App, please see our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be 13 years of age or older to use the App. You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.
• Use the App for any abusive, harassing or otherwise harmful purpose.
• Use the App in any way connected with the exploitation or endangerment of children.
• Modify, adapt, merge, translate or create derivative works based on the App.

3. Your content

You retain all ownership of the videos, photos and audio you process with the App. Because every editing tool runs on-device, we never receive a copy of your content, and you are solely responsible for making sure you have the rights necessary to use it.

4. Premium subscription

We offer Premium features through a Premium Subscription, which unlocks enhanced tools and removes limits on free usage. Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by us.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• You cannot cancel or receive a prorated refund for the current subscription period once it has started — a subscription runs for the full period you purchased.
• You can turn off auto-renewal, or otherwise manage your subscription, at any time from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited the moment you purchase a paid subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own store refund policies.

6. How the App handles your data

Your usage of the App's editing tools is not logged or monitored, and we do not record what you do with your files. See our Privacy Policy for the limited diagnostic and account information we do collect.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms — we recommend checking this page periodically.

8. Termination

We have the right to suspend or terminate your use of the App, without notice, if you breach or violate these Terms. We may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
